QR Code Link to This Post Runs very well. Transmission is sound, no gears slipping. Body is fair, there is some rust on lower rear passenger panel, see picture.
Paint has held up surprisingly well, beautiful color. Tires have about 15k on them.
Had complete rack and pinion restore and complete new power steering put on by Jensen less than 1000 miles ago.
No oil leaks, compression is good. Could use new plugs, last tuneup was at 80,000 miles, 6 yrs ago. There are some minor imperfections, like the drive indicator is missing (pictured) and the plastic front removable air vents near windshield are cracked.
If I were going to keep it, I'd go and get these parts from you-pull-it or something like that, they are common parts.
NO AIR CONDITIONING. Compressor bad, also bad pressure switch (to turn on A/C). Heat works great.
My mechanic gave me a firm quote of $650 for A/C, new everything. He does not do used parts, all brand new and fully guarantees his work.
It's a nice car for the money.
